Our standards
What the thing.homes name means on a material
The grade is the product
Every listing names its IS standard and grade: Zone II sand, Fe500D steel, IS 2185 blocks. If a load does not match its stated grade, it goes back on our vehicle.
Weighed by a third party
Sand, aggregate and steel are sold by weight, so they cross an independent weighbridge and the slip travels with the load. Short loads end here.
Test reports on request
Sieve analysis for sand, cube and block strength, mill certificates for steel. Ask with your enquiry and the current report comes back the same day.
Named brands, never hidden
Nobody should buy unbranded cement or steel, so we do not sell it. Where the brand matters, the brand is on the listing, the quote and the invoice.
Fresh stock, dated
Cement is quoted with its packing week and nothing over 90 days leaves our godown. Age is the invisible defect in cement, so we make it visible.
Free samples on commodities
Sand, blocks, bricks, putty, conduit: ask for a sample before you commit a structure to it. Serious buyers test; we would rather you did.
